Meal Replacement is the complementing secret Although still a work in progress. A leak from the top of the company has revealed that Linda Allen Fitness will be having a brand new product range for Weight Loss powders in the coming months. Already the LAF water has been released and with great feedback to the quality of the water and priced at only $1.50 – LAF is really getting a fabulous reputation of having high quality products at cheap prices – which is how it should be. Our latest competition amongst the Personal Trainers is to encourage clients to add Meal Replacements into their diet to assist the weight lossproc ess. Since a large proportion of our clients are weight loss clients we want to ensure that our clients are thoroughly educated on the entire lifestyle of long term health, not a short term fix. Children’s Fitness – We’re actively helping the kids of the community If your child goes to Kimberly Park Primary school, you’ll notice that Linda Allen Fitness has sponsored the homework diary for the kids of the school. A group decision amongst all Directors, Shareholders, Franchisees and Personal Trainers to get our name out there into schools and start helping children understand the importance of exercising and a healthy yummy diet along side of it.
